Jammu: Man accused of harassing woman teacher

Jammu: The principal of Government Higher Secondary School, Batote in Ramban district has been accused for allegedly sexually harassing a woman teacher of his school from so many days.
As per report, the incident came to light when the victim woman teacher joined as a school teacher in Government Higher Secondary School, Batote after which the school principal begin making sexual advances towards her saying that the victim is unwedded and she should make physical relationship with him. However, when the victim didn’t consented to the sexual advances of the accused principal namely Kuldeep Raj Bhagat he began harassing her.

The victim wrote her ordeal in a petition to CAT and her lawyer Supriya Chauhan represented her before central Administrative Tribunal (Jammu Bench) , after which the bench ordered a detailed inquiry against principal in the matter.
The female teacher had said in a written petition to the CAT the accused principal used to offer her favours that if she make sexual relationship with him she can skip classes and attendance in the school, which the victim clearly rejected.
