   Jammu: Locals catch ‘Boy’ for disguising as woman to carry out burglaries

Jammu: A baffling incident has come to fore in which several locals of Katra area of Reasi last night caught a boy red-handed in the area, who was carrying out burglaries disguising as a woman.
As per sources, the thief was nabbed by the locals when he was caught red-handed by them stealing something in the area, after which they called the local police and handed him over to them.

The burglar used to wear woman’s dress which gave him the appearance of a girl to burgle people in Katra. The locals thrashed him and paraded him in the public and took him to Katra police station.
