JK Channel Impact: Crowd funding for pregnant woman generates lakhs in few hours

Jammu: Barely within few hours after a heartening appeal for help was made by Mrs Nisha Chopra of Jammu’s Malhotra Mohalla , crowd funding generated Rs 80 lakhs and more is expected to come in her bank account.
Mrs Nisha Sharma’s emotional appeal for help through JK Channel has helped her enormously after which money started coming in her account.

Within few hours, Rs 22 lakhs were deposited through crowd funding along with that local Jammu NGOs also came to their house and extended their aid.
  In the 2nd follow-up of the report the victim was seen expressing her gratitude to JK Channel and the people, who send her money which accumulated to 18 lakhs.
In this follow-up report the local NGO’s seen ventilating their gratitude at the victim’s house to JK Channel’s senior journalist Mr Mohinder Jeet Singh, whose report influenced Jammuites to come forward and help the helpless woman.
In the 3rd follow-up report local women thronged to the house of Mrs Nisha Chopra to help her and her financially unsound family.
In the 4th follow-up this report more natives of Jammu from different strata of the society reached at the house of the victim family to help them.
In the last follow-up of the report people from Punjab came to help the victim family after they watched JK Channel’s report.
