Pregnant Woman appealed locals for help in Jammu

Jammu: A woman, namely Nisha Chopra from Jammu’s Malhotra Mohalla, is battling for basic facilities like ration and food supplies for her baby and her unborn child, who is yet to see the light of the day.
In an emotional appeal through JK Channel, the helpless woman has said that she has no milk to feed her 1 and half year child and no food to eat being nine months pregnant.

“My husband was working in a shop he is now unwell, he has a hole in his heart which has worsened his health and he is on bed since one and a half month”, she added.
“We have nothing to feed ourselves in our house”, she said sobbing.
“Neither my parents nor my in-laws came to our aid”, she said crying.
“No one asked us anything as no one will provide free ration to us”. she apprised weeping.
“My house no is 150 and is in Malhotra mohalla everybody is watching us but no one came to help. Whatever work came in my way, I did it”, she added.
“It’s been 12 years of our wedding we were working together, I want my father be called as he didn’t came to my house”, she said grieving.
“I’m sacred that my baby could die in my womb along with me due to lack of meals” she said as tears rolled down her cheeks.
