1 killed, another hurt in Jammu road accident

A woman was killed and a man suffered injuries when their vehicle was hit truck in Bari Brahmana area of Jammu on Saturday.
According to the report, the incident took place near Petrol pump at Bari Brahmana in Samba on Jammu-Pathankot National highway, when a man and woman were going on a scooty then a speeding truck hit them, resulting on the spot death of the pillon rider woman and injuries to the scooty driver.

The deceased woman is yet to be identified.
A case has been registered at Bari Brahmana police station and an investigation is underway.
