DOGRA HINDU’s KILLING: Shop of terror accused attached in Kashmir

The Anantnag Police yesterday attached a shop namely The Game Modification U/S 25 ULAP ACT which was run by accused namely Umer Amin Thoker S/o Mohd Amin R/o Waghama and was used for a Terror incident in which the mentioned terrorist along with his associates killed a Dogra Hindu on May 29 this year.
On the evening of 29th May this year at 9:15pm unidentified scooty-borne terrorists went to the amusement park near GMC Anantnag and with the assistance of their illicit procured arms opened fire on a non-local labourer namely Deepak Kumar dearly called as Deepu by his family s/o Mashu R/O Thial -Panchayat in Bilaspur of Udhampur , after which he suffered fatal wounds, later he was taken to GMC Anantnag by his fellow labourers of the amusement park, where doctors pronounced him as brought dead. After killing of Deepak Kumar, the terrorist escaped from the crime scene.

Upon this information FIR NO 171/2023 U/S 7/27 I.A Act, 302 IPC 16,18,20,39 ULAP Act was registered and a probe was started.
During the process of probe 6 Terrorists were nabbed who were associated with Kashmir Freedom Fighter ,an offshoot of Proscribed terrorist outfit JEM and police recovered following arm and ammunition from their possession. 1 AK-47, 1 AK-47 Magazine, 40 rounds of AK-47 Ammunition, 2 Pistols, 2 Pistol Magazine, 6 Live rounds, 7 Empty Cartridges, 3 Hand Grenades, 7 Mobile Phones, a scooty bearing registration No. “JK03M0442” and 5 Bullets AK-47.
The arrested terrorists were identified as Sehran Bashir Nadaf S/O Bashir Ahmad Nadaf R/o Shirpora Deva Colony, Ubaid Nazir Laigroo S/O Nazir Ahmad Laigroo R/O Shirpora New Colony, Umer Amin Thoker S/o Mohd Amin R/o Waghama, HuzaifShabir Bhat S/o Shabir Ahmad Bhat R/o Wachi Shopian, Nasir Farooq Shah S/O Farooq Ahmad Shah R/O Wanteng Mohalla Bijbehara, Suveed Showkat Bhat S/O Lt Showkat Ahmad Bhat R/O Fatehpora
