Car meets with mishap in Jammu

Jammu: A car met with a mishap on Jammu-Pathankot National highway in Kathua district of Jammu on Sunday.
According to the report, the accident happened when a vehicle which was heading towards Pathankot from Jammu in which two girls were present crashed at under-construction Tarnah bridge when they trying to drive speedily through it. However, the girls have not suffered any wounds in this accident.

When the locals heard the noise at the scene of incident they came and rescued the girls from the car and a JCB machine was later called at the scene and it pulled out the vehicle stuck in the iron rods of under-construction Tarnah bridge.
The locals have blamed National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) who is building the Tarnah bridge of leaving the bridge unattended and unbarricaded due to which this mishap took place.
