                    Jammu: Man dies by suicide

Jammu: A forest guard allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself to death in Gandoh area of Jammu’s Doda district yesterday.
Report said that a 30-year-old forest guard posted in Gandoh and a resident of       Kaljugassar area of Doda hanged himself to death in a rented accommodation at Gandoh in Doda yesterday evening.
After the incident, the police reached at the scene and took down his body from the ceiling fan and sent it to Gandoh hospital for post-mortem examination.
The police has registered a case in this matter and started a probe to know what persuaded the victim to take this extreme decision to end his life, the report said.
The locals of the area said that the victim also participated in yesterday’s cleanliness drive in the morning and surprisingly in the evening committed suicide.
