              1 died another hurt in Road mishap in Jammu

Jammu: A youth died while a woman sustained injuries in a road accident in Bishnah area of Jammu on Sunday.
The report said that a scooty-borne 19-year-old youth collided with a woman on Bassi road at Palli village in Bishnah, following which the youth died on the spot while the woman suffered wounds.

After the accident, the injured woman was rushed to Bishnah hospital for treatment but later was referred to GMC, Jammu as her health worsened.
The deceased has been identified as Ankush s/o Mahesh Singh r/o Madhya Pradesh at present Palli Morh, Bishnah of Jammu, while the injured woman has been identified as Geeta Devi w/o Rashpal Sharma r/o Bassi Khurd, Bari Brahmana.
The body of the deceased was taken to Bishnah hospital for autopsy and after completion of medico-legal formalities the body will be handed over to his family members for final rites.
