             Jammu police apprehended hardcore criminals

Jammu: The Samba apprehended two hardcore criminals indulged in rape and murder case in Samba yesterday.
As per police sources, the matter came to fore when Samba police took action against a complaint registered at Rakh Amb Talli against an accused man namely Ali Mohd for raping a specially-able woman, who deceitfully married the victim and impregnated her. However, later the accused forcefully gave her drugs to terminate her pregnancy to erase the evidence and after some time divorced the victim by faking her signatures on documents.

The police arrested another man namely Mohd Riaz @ Raju for murdering a man namely Zakir Hussain from Bari Brahmana.
The arrested accused person was identified as Mohd Riaz alias Raju against whom a case FIR No. 187/2022 u/s 302,307,364,323,427,147,148,201 IPC 4/25 Arms Act registered at Police Station Bari Brahmana for killing Zakir Hussain of Balole Khad Bari Brahmana.
The were arrests made by a police teamof SHO Police Station Samba Daljit Singh, SHO Police Station Bari Brahmana Sumit Sharma and Incharge Police Post Rakh Amb Talli ASI Ramesh Thakur under the supervision of DySP Garu Ram, SDPO Bari Brahmana Rahul Nagar and Additional SP Samba Surinder Choudhary.
Senior Superintendent of Police Samba Benam Tosh said that 83 hardcore criminals involved in heinous crimes have been nabbed in past eight months by the police in Samba district.
