     “Rajputs can be emotional but not saleable”: Devender Singh Rana

Jammu: Senior BJP leader Devender Singh Rana on Wednesday claimed that the Rajput community can be emotional but they are not saleable. Rana made the statement after Former J&K’s BJP Deputy CM Kavinder Gupta was seen in a viral video saying that the agitation against Sarore Toll plaza of Yuva Rajput Sabha members is a staged performance paid by some persons.
Responding to a media query, Senior BJP leader Devender Singh Rana, said, “Mr Kavinder Gupta has clarified that he has not given any such statement.

“He has said that his statement was doctored. I don’t think so he had any intention to hurt emotions of any community.
“I just want to make one thing explicit that Rajputs can be emotional but they will never be saleable.
“We are in support of any voice who stands for the welfare of Jammu and we believe in the welfare of all people and we are working for the betterment of J&K in which every community plays a major role,
“It is our responsibility to honor and respect and take forward people belonging to all the religions, castes, sections of J&K”.
