Jammu: First Youth who becomes Lieutenant from his region

Jammu: In a first, a son of soil from Jammu’s Rajouri region namely Rishabh Dutta has brought delights to his birth place and J&K in general by becoming an Indian army Lieutenant at the Officers Training Academy (OTA) Chennai during the passing out parade yesterday.
The Chennai Passing Out Parade witnessed a momentous occasion as 209 cadets, including 12 from friendly foreign countries, marched with pride and got commissioned into the Indian Army after an arduous 11 months of training.

Lieutenant Rishabh Dutta’s father Rajesh Dutta is the president of Sanatan Dharma Sabha Rajouri who with his wife was also present on the fortunate occasion.
