Transporters association calls for Jammu Bandh

Jammu: The All Jammu and Kashmir Transport Welfare Association (AITWA) has extended support to Jammu Bandh tomorrow against Sarore Toll plaza, other issues and hold ‘Chakka Jam’, or road blockade, on the same day.
Speaking to the media during a press conference in Jammu the transporters confirmed their support to Yuva Rajput’s agitation against illicit toll collection at Sarore in Samba and other current issues of Jammu.

The transporters said they were in solidarity with YRS unannounced when they began the agitation and today they came in Samba to encourage the spirit of the protestors against the toll issue.
They also said that after witnessing the zeal of Yuva Rajput Sabha against the burning issues of Jammu the locals are going to come together tomorrow unitedly against the matters.
“We are also vanguarding this cause and we want local organisations to support us. There will be Chakka Jam tomorrow.
“We have given a call of indefinite strike but if the govt didn’t solve our issues then we will continue our strike”, the coorder
