            Locals stopped toll fee collection in Jammu

Jammu: Several members of Yuva Rajput Sabha yesterday went to stop the toll collection at Sarore toll plaza in Samba when locals alleged that the toll tax is still being deducted from the passing vehicles even after the Samba district administration temporary stopped the tax fee after a protest staged by Yuva Rajput Sabha yesterday.
“The SDM sir apprised us yesterday that the Sarore toll plaza fee will not be deducted. We will not tolerate this hooligan conduct with people of Jammu”, warned Yuva Rajput Sabha (YRS) president, Vikram Singh to a Sarore Toll plaza employee.

“Neither we can stop collecting toll fee nor we can shut down this toll plaza as it is not under our authority”, a Toll plaza employee told Yuva Rajput Sabha (YRS) president, Vikram Singh.
Later, the members of Yuva Rajput Sabha warned the Sarore toll plaza management that the toll tax will not be collected till their meeting with the district Samba administration.
