            Man alleges attack by shopkeeper in Jammu

Jammu: In a horrifying incident, a man has alleged that he along with his family members was attacked by a shopkeeper in Jammu’s New plot area when he went to the man’s shop to return the defected LED Tv set which he bought from the him a month ago.
According to the report, the matter happened when a man bought an LED Tv from Guggi Electronics shop situated in New plot area of Jammu, then after some days when the LED got defected the victim went to the shop to return it and demanded a replacement. After which the shopkeeper of Guggi electronics told the victim to come back after some days to take its replacement, but when the man went there he was thrashed by the shopkeeper and his salesman.

“I bought an LED Tv set from Guggi electronics a month ago he is a scammer. When I bought the tv from them it became unfunctional after 10 days.
“I called the shopkeeper and told him about the matter he apprised me that he will write an e-mail to the company on my behalf and they will visit your house.
“Then one day I got call from the company’s service centre they told me to fill a form then after an hour they apprised me that my LED’s serial is not matching with their company care centre.
“The service centre employee told me that my LED can’t be of MI company because the tv’s number is incorrect & it is fake.
“The shopkeeper keep making excuses and told me to return the tv set and informed me to take another from him on Tuesday anytime after 7pm.
“But when we went there he was all planned to attack my family. The shopkeeper told me first I will teach you lesson and then his wife told me that they will not give me any LED tv.
“They first pushed my wife due to which my son got pushed and fell on the road. A lady saved my son otherwise he could have come under the wheels of an approaching matador”, said, Mr Shubam, who alleged that he and his family was attacked by the shopkeeper.
