Goons chase man with sharp weapons in Jammu

Jammu: A man has claimed that he ran for his life on Sidhra road in Jammu, when he was chased by some goons carrying sharp weapons last night.
As per report, the incident happened when bike-borne goons chased a car owner on Sidhra road, but sensing fear the car operator sped up and succeeded in escaping from the robbers.

“I went to GMC Jammu to deliver food to my ailing brother from Channi at 8:30pm. Then I reached at Gujjar Nagar and went to Bagh-e-Bahu but paid obeisance to the deity from outside.
“As I crossed the traffic naka some boys shouted from behind and told me to stop, but as I slowed down my car, I saw in side mirrors bikers carrying knives coming towards me.
“When I saw knives in their hands I sped up they began chasing me on bikes. I didn’t stop till I reached Radisson hotel.
“I was driving very fast due to which my vehicle’s tyre got punctured. I haven’t seen them.
