CBI raids hospital in Jammu over age tampering issue

Jammu:
The Crime Branch Jammu on Thursday has raided the office of  Govt Medical and Associated hospital’s principal in Bakshi Nagar after the hospital incharge was allegedly found tampering her age in documents to get admission in a MBBS course in the hospital.


According to the report, the matter unearthed when a local person namely Manu Gupta registered a written complaint at CBI Jammu against  GMC Jammu Principal Dr Shashi Sudan Sharma, alleging that hospital’s head is  performing her government duty on the basis of fabricated Date of Birth (DoB), following which in this connection the officials of CBI Jammu raided the cabin of GMC principal and are still searching her office in this case.

The CBI Jammu officials were seen searching the Sharma’s office in presence of CISF personnel.
