Girl Students allege re-exam scam in Jammu

Jammu: Scores of Girl students of Govt College for Women Parade of 5th semester in Jammu on Monday expressing their anger alleged that an organized financial scam for revaluation exam fee and re-exam has been going in their institution. The students have accused the college administration to fail them.
Venting their dissatisfaction over the results, a re-appeared Girl student of 5th semester said, “Students have backlogs in 2,4,5 subjects, how could students be that unintelligent like that they have failed students in marketing subject”.

“Even a dumb student will clear tourism subject. This is our 5th semester papers. Now the teachers say they don’t have any intention to fail anyone but want to pass us.

“This has been going on from the inception”. she said.
“They have failed every student here in every semester how much bad marks they have given us.
“How come we could score that much low the teachers are not ready to listen us. They’re not declaring revaluation results but are conducting new exams.
“The college regime is taking Rs 850 for re-checking how we will pay this amount and what we will tell our families”, one of the girl students said.
“The real woe is that they’re telling us to apply for re-evaluation but they have failed us in 5th sem, but the pressing thing here is our 4th semester re-evaluation is still awaited.
“Now, they want us to again spend hundreds again and apply reval for 5th sem”, a girl student alleged.
“Our papers really went well and they’re only after money that’s why they’re asking us to go for re-evaluation”, she accused.
“We have also given CUET papers and if we got backlogs here that CUET will go waste”, a student claimed.
“I have four backlogs and the minimum gap between each exam is of 2-4 numbers and they’re even giving me these marks.
“There are 50-60 students who have been failed and we’re not getting any solution”, another student asserted.
“Now they’re apprising us to go to RTO office & take a copy of Rs 80 to show us” , a girl student apprised.
“They behave rudely with us and told us go to treasury situated in New plot and Jammu bus stand here”, one of the girl students remarked.
“We want the college authorities to take our supplement exams in one or two weeks as we don’t have any animosity against anyone”, a Girl student demanded.
“They just want to collect revenue” a student accused.
