J&K: Man gets outstanding electricity Bill for using ‘One Bulb’

In a startling incident, a man living in a mud house in Bandipora area of  Kashmir has allegedly received an outstanding amount  of electricity bill by the Kashmir Power Distribution Corporation Limited for using just one bulb.

As per report,  the incident came to light when a man showing a video of a mud house in which only one bulb can be seen allegedly lit in Upper Kudwara village, Chonti Mula of Bandipora and appealing govt to charge the genuine bill of the power consumption per one bulb and not Rs 15298.

The power consumer has been identified as Qasim Goger r/o upper Kudwara village, Chonti Mula of Bandipora, who got outstanding bill of Rs 15298 as alleged by him.
