                Persons arrested with drugs in Jammu
Jammu: Hardening its action against drugs the the Miran Sahib police has arrested two men under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act in Miran Sahib yesterday.
According to the report, a naka was laid at Mian Fateh area by Miran Sahib police and a car coming from Langotia to Miran Sahib was intercepted, but it escaped as the police approached it, after that the police chased the vehicle and caught the men.

During the vehicle search, the police recovered 4.70 grams of drugs from the possession of men and registered a case FIR NO. 103/2023 US 81/23/22/29/60 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act at Miran Sahib police station.

The nabbed men have been identified as Amit Bhagat s/o Jagat Ram r/o Chohala Morh of RS Pura and Ramesh Bhagat s/o Ashwat Kumar r/o Chohala Morh of RS Pura.
