                    Road accident killed Youth in Jammu

Jammu: In a freak incident, a youth got killed in a road accident in Bantalab area of Jammu yesterday.
Popular Motovlogger Shubham Sharma (24-25) resident of Doda died in a tragic road mishap in Bantalab, when his bike collided with Baleno car on the road in Bantalab at 6:30pm in the evening yesterday. Pertinent to mention here that he was not wearing helmet specially yesterday, when he met with the road accident.

The young rider was a resident of Doda and had a fan following on social media, especially on his YouTube channel known as ‘JK06Rider, where he posted videos of him riding his bike.

After the incident, his body was taken to GMC Jammu for the post-mortem, following which it will be handed over to his family.
Jammu and Kashmir has witnessed as many as 76,942 road accidents between 2010 and 2022 in which 12,429 people were killed, while 1,04,983 individuals were injured, a latest data released by the traffic police recently has said.
