Jammu Police Crackdown on drugs continues
Jammu: To eradicate the menace of drugs from the society the Kathua police taking strict action against drug Peddlers in Kathua on Monday recovered approximately 11.87 grams of Heroin in Rajbagh area of Kathua and arrested four persons.
As per sources, after getting specific information that four unknown persons travelling in a SKODA car bearing registration number (JK02AX8102) from Jammu towards Sanjhi Morh are having narcotics in their possession.

Acting on the tip off, a Police team headed by SHO Rajbagh Tariq Ahmed assisted by PSI Chadwal Neeraj Parihar under the supervision of DySP Dheeraj Katoch and SDPO Border, Kathua laid a naka in Rajbagh Kathua.
During checking the police recovered 11.87 grams of Heroin (chitta) like narcotics from their possession and also seized the vehicle used in the commission of crime.
In this regard a case FIR No. 107/2023 U/S 8/21/22/29 NDPS Act has already been registered at Police Station Rajbagh.
While further investigation into this matter is underway.
The swift action by Kathua Police has been applauded by the General Public. People are requested to co-operate with kathua Police in fighting the dreadful menace of Drugs.
