            Pickpocket steals purse in moving vehicle in Jammu
Jammu: A pickpocket yesterday stole a passenger’s purse aboard a bus from Vijaypur of Samba.
The victim, Rohit Jalotra from Bahu Fort area of Jammu had boarded a bus from Vijaypur to Vikram Chowk and When he put his hand in his pocket to pay the fair he found his wallet missing.

“I boarded a bus from Vijaypur to Vikram chowk a boy boarded the bus from Bari Brahmana and sat with me”, said, The victim, Mr Rohit Jalotra.

“He was chewing something and seemed like a boy from UP. A lady passenger told me that he boarded the vehicle till Bus stand”, he added.
“He was sitting very close with me suddenly he alighted from the bus earlier than his destination” he claimed.
“As I reached out to my pocket to pay the fair I felt my wallet missing, a lady commuter said that’s why the thief was sitting closely with me”, he alleged.
“I had 10-12K cash in my purse along with PAN,ATM cards in it and also some cheques of my company”, he said.
“I appeal people to return my wallet if any founds it anywhere as it contains my documents and cards, its okay if money is misplaced”, he appealed.
