           Jammu: Woman alleges in-laws gave her ‘poison’
Jammu: A married woman on Tuesday has alleged that her in-laws has given her poison mixed in cold drink.
As per report, the matter came to fore when the victim woman appeared before the media and narrated the ordeal.

Ms. Rimpi, the victim, said, ” My name is Rimpi and I’m from Rathana, R.S Pura. My husband and sister-in-law mixed poison in cold drink and gave it to me”.

“It’s just a suspicion that they have against me and I have given them proof, but they refuse to believe me”, she added.
“My sister-in-law told my husband to do anything to get me out of the house even if that costs money”, she alleged.
“I’m poor but I will not let anyone waste my life like this. I will not leave my in-laws house after what they have done to me”, she asserted.
“I’m from Beas (Punjab) this is my second marriage. My husband eloped me and we had a love marriage and it happened with his assent”, she claimed.
“Now see what he is doing to me”, she told media-person.
“They have forbidden me to meet my daughters as one of my daughter is in my maternal house and the other is in my in-laws”, she said sobbing.
“They have snatched my daughter from me some days ago and regarding that I lodged a complaint in Arnia police station”, she added.
“I called them thrice that they have given me something poisonous”, she asserted.
“They are proving me wrong and have gathered support from Sarpanch and Panch with me”, she said.
“Many people have married twice so what I did, I also have the right to live”, she asked.
“They use to threaten me that we will kill you and where will I go with my daughters”, she questioned.
“Now one came to meet me from my in-laws side and my family hospitalised me not my husband Shashipal”, she alleged further.
“If they have not poison me then why they didn’t visited me here, I only demand justice for myself”, sge demanded.
