Devotional: In a first, Man seen travelling Hundred kilometers bowing his body in reverence all way for Katra
Jammu: It has been rightly said that faith can move mountains and there are dozens of representations of devotees in moving images or real life, where a devotee has been seen travelling arduous pilgrimages to full their wishes.
Such an event has been seen in Jammu these says where a man is being seen journeying on foot and bowing his body all the way at every step on road chanting ‘Jai Mata Di’ from Delhi to his last stop Katra’s Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine.

Mr Suraj has decided to walk on this arduous excursion to pay obeisance to Vaishno Devi saying that the deity has called him and he is just following the holy summon.

“I have come from Delhi and I’m not doing this pilgrimage for any desire”, Mr Suraj said.
“Mata Rani has called me so I’m going. I’m not feeling any heat, fatigue, hardships in my pilgrimage”, Suraj asserted.
“I have travelled 550km till now from Delhi and its been 2 months and 6 days since I began my excursion”, he added.
“This is my first pilgrimage. On the way I’m taking breaks at Temples, Gurudwaras , dhabas”, he remarked.
“I’m getting food and place to sleep as Mata Rani is providing me everything”, he claimed.
“Whatever you do just think before doing it people have their own minds and what can I say them they won’t follow and will do what they want”, he said.
