Mother-Son duo arrested for fraud in Jammu

Jammu: The Crime Investigation Bureau yesterday raided a house belonging to a mother and son duo in Nari village in R.S Pura district of Jammu in connection with fraudulent mutation of land records at R.S Pura yesterday.
According to report, In a high profile case of cheating and forgery of land records a son and mother duo namely Shaminder Singh s/o Darshan Singh of Nari village, R.S Pura and his mother Kuldeep Kour w/o Darshan Singh of Nari village, R.S Pura have been held by the CBI for these accusations against them.

After the matter came to light the CBI intervened and took up the case and raided the house of the accused persons for illegally and fraudulently encroaching land at R.S Pura and also for forging the land records in their name, the report said.

The culprits are being questioned by the CBI presently for their crime, the report said.
