   Husband, wife arrested in Jammu for alleged links with Amritpal Singh
Jammu: The Jammu Kashmir police have arrested a Sikh couple from the RS Pura area of Jammu for their alleged links with Amritpal Singh, the head of Waris Punjab de.
Over 150 people have been arrested in Punjab after the Government launched a major crackdown to detain Amritpal Singh, many of them under the arms act and NSA.

The Jammu Kashmir police said that Jammu residents identified as Amrik Singh and his wife namely Paramjit Kour were detained by Jammu Police for their links with Amritpal Singh.
After being arrested, the two were handed over to Punjab Police for their alleged links with Papalpreet Singh, a close aide of Amritpal Singh.
