A father and his daughter were shot dead by three men on a bike. The police immediately reached the spot and began investigating.
The unknown attackers came on motorcycle with guns and barged into the residence of Surender Singh and shot him dead who at that time was working to feed animals.

The attackers later shot Surender’s daughter Nikita dead who was sleeping in the bedroom at the time of incident. They fled from the spot after committing crime.
Rohtak SP Udhay Singh Meena reached at the spot with investigation team and forensic expert collected evidence from the spot
According to police, deceased Surender was running estranged relations with his wife and even court case is in progress. The police suspect that attack on father-daughter could be linked to the estranged relationship of the couple.
Police said that the bodies of deceased Surender and 14-year-old Nikita have been sent for postmortem to PGIMS Rohtak district in Haryana..
A case of murder has been registered against unknown attackers. SP Udhay Singh Meena said that police will crack the mystery behind double murder soon by arresting them.
