Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) Kashmir Vijay Kumar on Tuesday said that all the modules of terrorists involved in the civilian killings in the last three years have been neutralized and there is only left and that too will be neutralized soon.
About today’s operation, the ADGP Kashmir, while speaking to reporters in Ganderbal, said that three Lashkar-i-Toiba terrorists who were involved in killing of Kashmiri Pandit Purana Krishna and Till Bahadur Thapa of Nepal have been killed in Shopian gunfight.
He said all modules of terrorists involved in the civilian killings in the last three years have been neutralized and there is only left and that too will be neutralized soon.
“Lateef Lone, one of the slain terrorists, was involved in the killing of Purana Krishna Bhat, a Kashmiri Pandit,” he said, adding that another terrorist Umer Nazir was involved in the killing Bahadur Thapa of Nepal.
Earlier, a gunfight broke between terrorists and government forces in Manj Marg area of Shopian.
