Samba, 11 August: Today, following the incessant torrents all the movement of the Jammu city came to a standstill.
Such a similar incident of waterlogging has been reported from the Jammu-Pathankot national highway situated in Mansar area of Samba, Jammu where the road was found submerged in the rain water.
People were reported dragging their vehicles through waterlogged highway road from one end to the other.
A biker who was crossing the submerged national highway told the newsperson who was present at the scene that it has become very difficult for the humans to cross the road because too much rain water is accumulated here.
Neither the local administration nor the national highway department officals has shown interest in this matter till now, the report added.
