Kathua, 27 july : On the occasion of Kargil Vijay Diwas, the GDC Kathua National Service Scheme (NSS) unit in collaboration with its Red Ribbon Club, organised a Blood Donation Camp in which several people including students showed up for donating blood with great zeal and enthusiasm.
A college official while speaking to JK media said that they have organised this blood donation camp to save the lives of people who are in urgent need of blood and continuing he compared the sacrifices of the Kargil war martyrs’ to the blood donation camp and stated that just like the martyrs’ who sacrificed their lives for the country likewise through this camp they also aspire to save lives by collecting blood and donating it to the needy.
