Jammu,july 26:The Department of Health and Medical Education is going to set up the first human milk bank of Jammu and Kashmir at Maternity Hospital Gandhinagar Work on this will start soon, report said.

The milk bank is to ensure breast milk for new born babies, who are not being breastfed by their own mother due to some reasons.
