While talking to the media, the owner said, “in 1989, we leased the shop to a person named Kapoor, and Kapoor in 2004 leased the shop to another person who opened a chicken shop here. That time we also expressed our anger but the shop started. For some time, the shop witnessed customers, and then the main cook went missing. Now his brother, who is a goon, threatens us to do whatever we want to do. On Saturday a few people were working in the shop and informed me that we’re going to open a wine shop here. There is a temple on the opposite side, and we will tolerate a wine shop in front of the temple.”
