Whoever Speaks Against BJP, the Party call them Terrorists/Pakistani: Mehbooba Mufti

Published

on

PDP President and former Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti, who is trying to strengthen the base of PDP in Jammu, cursed the Bharatiya Janata Party during a rally organized in Sunjwan. He said that the problem of Jammu and Kashmir had started from the day BJP gave the slogan of ‘Ek Nishan, Ek Vidhan’. They have nothing to offer you but hate. Mehbooba Mufti, referring to the last elections, said that the people of J&K voted for the BJP for change. Coming to the slogan of Sabka Saath and Sabka Vikas, people also expressed their support for the BJP. Still, as soon as the BJP government was formed, they implemented their plan by removing the Constitution. As a result, Hindu-Muslim started fighting among themselves.

The truth is that the BJP has nothing to offer you but hate. Whoever spoke against the BJP made him either a terrorist or a Pakistan. The farmers who took to the streets with their demands were also declared Khalistani by the BJP. He once again clarified joining hands with BJP and said that we had joined hands with BJP after seeing Atal Bihari Vajpayee, but we did not get anything.

Mehbooba said that we have a complaint with Jinnah because he divided our land. We are averse to taking his name because he separated Hindu-Muslim. But today, there are thousands of Jinnahs who have divided the land and Hindu-Muslim. These are the people who did not contribute to any freedom. Instead, they licked the soles of the British and are teaching us patriotism today.

A few days ago, the employees of Jammu and Kashmir went on strike. He was opposed to privatization. BJP is privatizing everyone. Now the electricity department is also being handed over to private companies. If the electricity is privatized, in the future, if the company asks you for Rs 50 per unit, then you will have to pay. The extent is that instead of talking to the employees who went on strike for a legitimate demand, the government called the army. They want to do everything on the strength of the military—a general spread of poison in Pakistan. Efforts are now being made to bring the same situation to India. What is the difference between Zia-ul-Haq and today’s rule?

PDP President Mehbooba Mufti said that when lynching in India, Dalits and minorities are killed. Our country is the land of Ganga Jamuna Tehzeeb. Here lion and goat drink water on the same ghat. Godse’s politics will not work here. Muslims are called Babar’s children and Aurangzeb’s children. They are called termite-cancers. Our GDP was ahead of Maharashtra in 2019. Today the highest unemployment is in Jammu and Kashmir. Inflation has also increased significantly.

If thousands of people used to apply for the job coming out in Jammu and Kashmir in 2019, today lakhs of people from across the country are applying for the same job. Who will get the job? Today our country is ahead of Pakistan-Bangladesh and Sri Lanka in hunger. Indira Gandhi and Atal Bihari Vajpayee won the war on their own time, but today China has occupied thousands of kanals of land in Ladakh. You don’t name China because it won’t get votes. They did not abolish Article 370 for the sake of progress but their vote politics.

When Pakistan attacked in 1947, Kashmiris raised their sticks and fought them for the country. Today, if the same Muslims speak against the country, then Jan Sangh and BJP are responsible for it. He called the army to silence the employees in Jammu and Kashmir; now, the military will be called wherever any employee will protest in the country. Mehbooba said that no one would come here to invest unless peace in Jammu and Kashmir.

Super Speciality Hospital Jammu

The premises of the Government Super Specialty Hospital Jammu wore a deserted look after many management officials, doctors, and paramedic staff tested positive for COVID-19.

With a surge in COVID-19 cases, the Out Patient Department (OPD) also saw a minimum presence of patients.

On their entry to the hospital, Rapid Antigen Tests are performed on the patients.

“The people who return COVID-19 positive results are not permitted entry into the hospital while people with negative reports are allowed to move into the OPD,” an official said.

“The authorities are allowing only 50 patients in each department of OPD for a checkup every day while around 150 patients used to visit the departments usually,” the official said.

He said that the people had also become conscious and they too were avoiding coming to the hospital unless it was an emergency.

“Routine surgeries have been stopped and only emergency surgeries are being conducted in the operation theatres,” the official said. “Around one-third of people come for an OPD checkup at the hospital now. As the people are tested on their entry to the hospital, many avoid coming to the hospital.”
