Srinagar, August 3 — Kafeel ur Rehman, a two‑time National Conference MLA from Karnah in Kupwara district, formally joined the opposition People’s Democratic Party (PDP) on Sunday. The former Karnah legislator was welcomed into the party by PDP president Mehbooba Mufti and other senior leaders at an event in Srinagar.
