In a big victory for the Indian security forces in Jammu and Kashmir, the second in command of top terrorist Zakir Moosa’s outfit has been neutralised in an encounter. Shakir, deputy chief of J&K-based Ansar Ghazwat-ul-Hind terror outfit with reported links to the Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM), was killed by the security forces in an encounter in Tral, in Pulwama district.
