The continuation of thefts in Jammu is not coming to an end and yesterday another theft has been added to the list. This time the theft has been reported from a famous food stall named “Khanna Ka Dhaba”. The thieves have entered the stall by breaking the lock and the shutter.
While talking to the media, the female owner of the stall said “the thieves have stolen things of roughly 30,000 – 40,000 rupees which include – 2 gas stoves, 1 empty gas cylinder, 1 filled cylinder, utensils, induction cooktop, and raw vegetables. We are confused that from where the thieves have entered our stall as along with the main shutter there is a hole in the roof of the stall and also a door at the back of the stall was open. The food stall was the only source of income for our family”.
The male owner said “between 4 – 4:30 pm I reached my stall and while unlocking I found that the fridge outside my stall which was also covered with a shutter was broken and I immediately unlocked the shutter and found that my stall had been looted. I also went to the Police Station but didn’t get a good response from them. They only sent their one official and the official asked me to report to the police station the next morning and submit an application”.
