Faridabad Novb 13: Authorities have issued a show cause notice to Al-Falah University, located in Faridabad, after it was found that the institution is not accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).
According to official sources, the notice seeks an explanation from the university management regarding its failure to obtain NAAC accreditation, which is mandatory for maintaining academic standards and eligibility for several government schemes.
Officials stated that the absence of accreditation raises concerns about the quality of education, faculty standards, and institutional transparency at the university.
The university administration has been asked to submit a detailed response within a stipulated time frame, explaining the reasons for non-compliance and the steps being taken to secure accreditation.
Education authorities have warned that further action may follow if the university fails to provide a satisfactory explanation.
Meanwhile, students and parents have expressed concern over the issue, urging the institution to clarify its status and ensure academic credibility at the earliest.
