Kargil, Sept 26: Authorities have imposed Section 144 in Kargil to maintain law and order. Meanwhile, political leaders from Kargil have left for Leh to participate in the last rites of the youth. The administration has appealed to the people to maintain peace and calm, even as emotions run high following the incident.
