Continuing with BJPs agenda of providing overall development, Former Minister Sat Sharma (CA) along with Corporator Ward no. 37 Smt. Sunita Gupta inaugurated start of development works around the park near Gayatri Mandir in ward no. 37 of Jammu West Assembly Constituency.
The works include upgradation of lanes by way of I section tiles and upgradation of drain. The works will be done under the supervision of Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) at an estimated cost of Rupees 9.91 Lakhs approximately. Sharma was accompanied by officials of Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC), Local residents, social and political activists of the area.
In a press statement issued, Sharma said he said that the Union Government under the leadership of Prime Minister Sh. Narender Modi is committed to provide all basic amenities to the people at the grass root level including Health, drinking water, road connectivity, electricity, better drainage system and education.
Sharma also toured the adjoining areas along with Corporator to hear issues and grievances of the residents of the ward and assured that they would be looked into and addressed on priority.
Corporator Sunita Gupta lauded the efforts of Former Minister in serving the people of Jammu West Assembly Constituency. She also assured the people of ward that all issues regarding the development and sanitation of ward will be soon taken up.
