Kargil, Sept 25: Kargil Democratic Alliance (KDA) member Sajjad Kargili has appealed to the people of Kargil to observe today’s bandh peacefully.
In his statement, Kargili expressed condolences and deep concern over the unfortunate incident that took place in Leh yesterday. He urged the Government to act with wisdom, resume dialogue at the earliest, and take concrete steps to address the aspirations of the people.
