Bride slaps groom after he forces her to eat mithai

Indian marriages seem to be colourless without any drama apart from celebrations, decorations, music, and dance. While the drama creates a depressing environment for the family members of both brides and grooms, it becomes a source of entertainment for others.

Here we bring you a video in which both the bride and the groom are seen fighting fiercely creating a high-voltage drama on their wedding stage

In the video, the groom is seen feeding a sweet to his bride but it seems more like the boy forcefully putting the sweet inside her mouth. The girl can be seen resisting the same after feeling uncomfortable.

However, the groom continues and to everyone’s surprise, the bride slaps him strongly. Feeling terrible about such a reaction of the bride publicly, the groom starts hitting her unstoppably.

The bride also turns violent after getting humiliated by her husband and starts hitting him unstoppably.

Subsequently, as seen in the video, the groom pulls out his ‘mukut’ and goes on hitting his wife while some relatives can be seen trying to stop the boy.

Next, the bride tries to pick up her shoes but her husband held her by the hair and again starts thrashing the girl. To give him a befitting reply, the bride also tries to hold the groom’s hair but both fell on a chair nearby.

AIIMS Delhi server attack originated from China, say government sources; data from 5 servers safely retrieved

The attack on the computer servers of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Delhi was carried out by Chinese hackers, a senior government source said on Wednesday adding that data in the five servers have been successfully retrieved now.

“AIIMS Delhi server attack was by the Chinese, FIR details that the attack had originated from China. Of 100 servers (40 physical and 60 virtual), five physical servers were successfully infiltrated by the hackers. The damage would have been far worse but is now contained. Data in the five servers have been successfully retrieved now,” said the source from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW). AIIMS Delhi first reported a failure in its servers on November 23. Two of the analysts deployed to look after the servers’ securities have also been suspended for the alleged breach of cyber security.

AIIMS authorities in a statement issued stated that the e-Hospital data has been restored. “The e-Hospital data has been restored on the servers. The network is being sanitized before the services can be restored. The process is taking some time due to the volume of data and the large number of servers/computers for the hospital services. Measures are being taken for cyber security,” they had said. “All hospital services, including outpatient, in-patient, laboratories, etc continue to run on manual mode,” the statement had said.

Earlier this month, a special cell of Delhi Police launched an investigation into the attack on the computer system at AIIMS Delhi. According to official sources, a team of the Central Forensic Lab (CFSL) has been pressed into service to check the infected server of the AIIMS Delhi to identify the source of the malware attack.

J&K: Locals protest wine shop opening near school

The opening of a liquor shop near a school in the Srinagar outskirts of Shivpora locality triggered a protest on Wednesday with residents calling for its closure.

Locals from the Shivpora locality, while protesting, demanded the closure of the liquor shop as soon as possible.

One of the protesters who identified himself as Raviji Razdan said that setting up a liquor shop close to a school will badly impact the students. He said authorities should shift this liquor shop to any other place keeping the apprehensions f the locals in view.

“The new liquor shop has been set up near a school. Please tell me, how students will learn when there is a liquor shop on one side and a cinema on the other,” Razdan said.

He said there are many schools in the locality. “Law itself prohibits anybody from setting up a liquor shop close to a school, religious place or in a residential area. Our mothers and sisters won’t feel secure in presence of this liquor shop,” he added.

One of the protesters termed the opening of a wine shop, close to a school, as “preposterous and mischievous”.

Pertinently, Manoj-Sinha led administration after nearly three decades granted license to open liquor shops at various locations across the Kashmir valley.

The Excise Department, in 2020, identified 183 new locations, 116 in Jammu and 67 in the Kashmir valley for sale of liquor.

The Jammu Kashmir administration also authorized departmental stores to sell beer and other ready-to-drink beverages in urban areas with “the objective to bring a transition among booze drinkers from high content alcohol to low content harmless drinks.”

India’s wholesale inflation falls further, continues to be in single-digit

India’s wholesale inflation based on the Wholesale Price Index for the month of November was at 5.85 per cent (provisional), against the previous month’s 8.39 per cent, official data showed on Wednesday.

Notably, in the last two consecutive months, India’s wholesale inflation is in the single-digit. Till September, for 18 months on the trot, India’s wholesale inflation was in double digits.

According to an official statement from the government, the decline in the rate of inflation in November 2022 is primarily contributed by a fall in prices of food articles, basic metals, textiles, chemicals & chemical products, and paper and paper products as compared to the corresponding month of the previous year.

Meanwhile, India’s retail inflation rate based on Consumer Price Index declined to 5.88 per cent in November from 6.77 per cent during the previous month, according to data released on Monday by the ministry of statistics.

This essentially meant retail inflation in India is now at an 11-month low and it declined below 6 per cent, which is in RBI’s comfort zone.

The central bank RBI had already hiked the key policy rate by 225 basis points since May to 6.25 per cent to cool off domestic retail inflation that has stayed above the RBI’s upper tolerance limit for over three quarters now.

Under the flexible inflation targeting framework introduced in 2016, the RBI is deemed to have failed in managing price rises if the CPI-based inflation is outside the 2-6 per cent range for three quarters in a row.

An out-of-turn meeting of the Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) of the Reserve Bank of India was held in early November to discuss and draft the report to be sent to the central government for having failed in maintaining the inflation mandate.

The meeting was called under Section 45ZN of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Act 1934, which pertains to steps to be taken if the central bank fails to meet its inflation-targeting mandate. Further details about the special meeting are not officially in the public domain.
