New Delhi: Reacting to PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti’s comments on the recent Delhi terror blasts, AIMIM MP Asaduddin Owaisi on Monday strongly condemned the attacks and said there is “no place for terrorism.”
Speaking to reporters, Owaisi said, “I condemn the Delhi terror blasts and there is no place for terrorism. The way they planned this, we condemn all of these things.”
He added that the investigation must be allowed to take its course, saying authorities are actively probing the incident.
Owaisi also expressed grief over the tragic loss of lives both in Delhi and in the Nowgam Police Station explosion in Srinagar, where mishandling of seized explosives led to a deadly blast recently.
“The investigation is underway now, but what happened in Delhi and the explosion at the Nowgam police station — the people who were killed there — is tragic for us,” he said.
The AIMIM MP urged for accountability, transparency in the investigation, and justice for the victims.
