One person dead in a road accident in Jammu

A person aged 50 years died in tragic accident where an Innova car with vehicle number JK02CL9134 hit a divider near Maheshpura Chowk in Jammu today.

The accident took place at around 6 on Monday morning when the car travelling from Civil Secretariat towards Maheshpura Bakshi Nagar road hit the road divider.

As the car hit the divider, the driver fell on the road. However, the airbags of the car didn’t open. Maybe the forces exerted on the car wasn’t that impactful, the locals said.
