Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister and National Conference leader Omar Abdullah have called Uttar Pradesh the “new Jammu and Kashmir” after the Lakhimpur Kheri violence. Umar wrote on his Twitter handle that Uttar Pradesh is now the new Jammu and Kashmir. Let us tell you that after the death of eight people in the violence in Lakhimpur Kheri on Sunday, the dispute intensified on Monday.
After the abrogation of Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir, Omar Abdullah and Mehbooba Mufti leave no chance to surround the central government. On Monday itself, Mehbooba Mufti had tweeted and accused the central government that wherever there is a violation of human rights, the government enforces Section 144. This government does not hesitate to use iron rods on its people but welcomes Chinese soldiers with open arms.
At the same time, Omar Abdullah also wrote by tweeting that the government also banned the entry of opposition leaders there the same way as it was done in Jammu and Kashmir after snatching the status of the state and its bifurcation. The Yogi government is creating a stir by banning the entry of opposition leaders in Lakhimpur Kheri. On Sunday, you should be aware that there was a dispute between farmers and BJP supporters in Lakhimpur Kheri. Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad was about to participate in a riot in Lakhimpur Kheri, but some people were hit by a runaway vehicle of BJP supporters. After this, about eight people are reported to have died in the violence.
Even on Monday, the attack of violence had not stopped. The controversy has become very hot. In such a situation, Omar Abdullah has taken the opportunity to surround the central government and tried to wrap it on his Twitter handle.

Reasi Police Arrested 2 Absconders Accused of Kidnapping-Rape after 19 years
Reasi Police has arrested two brothers accused of kidnapping and rape after 19 years. Both have been identified as Abdul Rashid and Makhna son Mian Kharian, resident of Barnaili Thillu Tehsil Mahor Reasi. In 2002, Mahor police had registered a case of kidnapping and rape against both the accused. He kidnapped the woman and kept her with him, and raped her every day.
Reasi police said that both the accused fled away as soon as the case was registered in the police station. Both of them changed their disguise and were living from one place to another. The police succeeded in their strategy, and both hardcore and long-running criminals were arrested. Police officials said that evidence had been collected against both the accused, and soon both will be produced before the court.

This is a record in itself. At the same time, the local people have also appreciated the functioning of the police department under the leadership of SSP Shailendra Singh for pushing the hardcore criminals of the district behind bars in such a short time.
