The Intelligence Agencies investigating the target killings have paced up the hunt for a local goon named Mehran Ali. Intelligence Agencies believed that Mehran was behind all these target killings in the valley.
According to the sources, for the past many months, Mehran has been active in terrorist activities. Mehran is a resident of Jamalatta, Srinagar, and he was also associated with the Gujjar gang in the valley.
There is no track record of Mehran, but after a thorough investigation by the Intelligence Agencies, the agencies have issued his name. TRF’s Sheikh Abbas, who was killed in August, is believed to be the person who brought Mehran into militancy.
Meanwhile, security forces have raided several places in the UT and have detained several people.

With the snowfall two days ago, the influx of tourists has increased further.
Gulmarg, a world-famous tourist destination called the valley’s crown, is covered with a white sheet of snow. Thousands of tourists are reaching here to see the beautiful plaintiffs and enjoy the snow. Locals and tourists from every corner of the country are coming and capturing the sight of nature in cameras and mobiles. Some are taking a gondola tour, some enjoy a sledge ride while some enjoy the ATV.
An official of the tourism department said that around two thousand tourists were coming to Gulmarg every day for the past few weeks, including locals and people from outside the state. But since two days this number has increased. After the snowfall, tourists have turned to Gulmarg and other tourist places. Talking about Gulmarg, this number has reached close to three thousand.
In charge of Gulmarg Gandola, Shaukat Ahmed said that the season has been going well for the last three-four months. Here, two to three thousand people are riding the gondola right now. Along with this, people are also enjoying the sledge ride. More tourists are expected in the coming days. Jaish Terrorists Looking for Suicide Attack, Two Teams of 10 Terrorists Infiltrated from across Border
Pakistani terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammed plans to carry out major suicide attacks in Jammu, Kashmir, and other parts of India. According to sources, two teams of 10 Jaish terrorists have infiltrated from across the border. After this, intelligence agencies have issued an alert. However, the army has denied the information about any such infiltration. According to the report, one team has infiltrated from the Punjab and Jammu border adjoining the Sakkargarh area of Pakistan.
In contrast, the other team has infiltrated PoJK from Poonch LoC. These terrorists belong to Jaish-e-Mohammed and are thoroughly tested. They have received orders from masters sitting in Pakistan to carry out suicide attacks at different places.
Terrorists have failed to carry out any major attack in the last two years. Due to this, Pakistani intelligence agency ISI has ordered to attack the organization of Jaish-e-Mohammed at any cost. The infiltrating parties are planning to launch a significant attack. Preventing infiltration along the LoC and the border in winter is always a big challenge. Because the monitoring equipment also works less due to bad weather.
At present, there is no information on infiltration. Although there are some areas of Poonch, there is always a challenge of infiltration from here. There is a fast deployment of the army, and infiltration is monitored. Terrorist organizations Jaish-e-Mohammed and Lashkar-e-Taiba present in Pakistan are also in contact with Taliban terrorists. So that with their help, attacks can be carried out in Kashmir. – Colonel Devendra Anand, Spokesperson, Jammu, Indian Army.
