In the recent day’s matter related to Rohingyas who are seen as a threat to the Country’s peace was raised in India and all the State and UT governments were asked to submit the data. Today J&K High Court has asked to respond to the measures taken to identify the illegal immigrants. JK Media executive met with Advocate Hunar Gupta who was raising his voice against these immigrants from the past and talked with him about the directions by J&K High Court.
While speaking, Hunar Gupta said “in the past when I filed a PIL it was not only against Rohingyas but also for Bangladeshis. Now the Hon’ble J&K High court has directed the J&K Government to report all the steps to the High Court in 1 month taken to identify these illegal immigrants and to shift them from J&K”. “In my PIL I have mentioned all the ill activities done by these people and I also tried to establish their connection with a person in Karachi who is funding them. Also, we have heard much news of crimes in which these people were found as culprits. But still, our Government is late in taking measures to eliminate these people”, he added.
