J&K Government Under Tensions As FC Finance Proceeds For Long Leaves Before The Budget Day

Tensions have arisen for the J&K Government as the Financial Commissioner Dr. Arun Kumar Mehta proceeds on long leaves when J&K is giving the final touch to the budget for the year 2021-22. On 1st February Finance Minister Of India Nirmala Sitharaman will announce the budget of India for the year 2021-22 in which the budget of J&K will also be announced.
As per our sources “there is no major reason behind the long leave of Financial Commissioner but he was angered with the J&K administration as he was not invited in the recent meeting of infrastructure development of J&K”. But as per the reports from Secretariat Corridor, Arun Kumar has been promoted as Secretary in the Union Government and to take the charge he has taken leaves. But leaving for holidays easy such a moment has raised many questions.
Also, the budget decided for the J&K for the fiscal year 2021-22 is 1.20 lakh crores. For the last 1.5 months, Arun Kumar was looking into the budget as he was holding and standing many meetings related to budget with the J&/K Government.
Many officials believe that today it tomorrow the J&K Government will appoint a new person who will take over the charge to finalize the budget and will present it before the Government Of India.
