In some cases, a corrigendum was required to be issued for registration of BS-VI vehicles which stands issued on 10-09-2020 and the pendency on this account shall be cleared within week’s time by all the Registering Authorities. However, in certain cases the dealer has sold the vehicles without uploading genuine documents on Vahan Portal like variant approval and address proof etc. as required under Motor Vehicles Act / Rules. Accordingly, the show cause notices have been issued to the concerned defaulting Automobile Dealers by the Registering Authority, Jammu and such cases will be disposed of after uploading of correct documents by the concerned automobile dealer.
