While talking to the media the father of the boy who is critically injured said “my son was traveling to Jammu when these people surrounded him and started beating him with rods and tried to kidnap him but at the moment our known ones were coming behind my son and they saw and rescued my son from the kidnapers. A local said “this clash has taken place for the past 4-5 months. These people use to do rash driving in our area where the roads are already small and use to abuse people. Earlier also they got engaged in a fight with the person whose leg is broken and today they have taken revenge for that fight only. The day before yesterday they have hit my scooty with their car when I was traveling back to my home and that time all the locals of our area had a meeting with their parents where they assured us that from next time none of them will be seen near our village but now they have targeted our area member. Also when we reached the site to rescue the boy they threw stones at us and broke the glass of cars. We want that the army should be deployed there as these people have made their domination in that area”.
